Romantic Wedding in Tuscany

Peter + Becky – a very romantic wedding in Tuscany

Usually I start talking about my couples describing how they have contacted and booked me. This time, talking about Peter and Becky, I would like to start from the end.

The end of the day (and the start of their life together) was the beautiful reception in the garden of Villa Pitiana: a long table for all the friends and relatives came from England to stay close to the couple. This simple but very elegant table reminded me the family Sunday dinners, a tradition for Tuscan families especially in summer: everyone come to granny’s big house and enjoy true Tuscan food under the stars, barefooted on the soft grass.

Barefoot reminds me to beautiful Becky: she choosed this special way to walk down the aisle, and this was only one of the details that make their day elegant but simple, just as they wished.

Simple, elegant and TRUE: I really want to underline this word this time, talking about this couple. Their feelings, their emotions and their love was so truly and intense, and they shown everything without any artifact: just look at Peter’s eyes and Becky’s smile during the ceremony, and you’ll be able to feel the power of the love for each other, that everyone felt live during the sweet wedding ceremony officiated by Jo Bertolino.

They really wanted to be there, in Tuscany, at Villa Pitiana, for their wedding day: they had a dream to get married here, and they reached that dream in September: a stunning day was the Tuscany’s gift to the couple, with the bright sun and the warm light that you can find only in this region covering and hugging all the guests. Their beauty (really, they were both so beautiful!) shined like the sun for all the day.
